The 2026 Vietnam New Energy Expo will take place from June 24 to 26, 2026, at the VEC National Exhibition Center in Hanoi, Vietnam. As the largest and most influential event in Vietnam's new energy sector, the exhibition is set to cover 30,000 square meters and attract over 350 leading companies from both domestic and international markets. This event will feature the latest global technologies and innovative solutions in the new energy field, with a focus on promoting sustainable development within the energy industry. It aims to serve as a key platform for technological exchange and business collaboration across the sector. The exhibition will be centered around five core themes: battery storage, photovoltaics & solar energy, charging infrastructure, vehicles & spare parts, and consumer electronics, highlighting the immense potential of future energy.
Review of 2025:
The 2025 Vietnam New Energy Expo is a key government-supported professional exhibition in the battery and energy storage sector, organized by the Vietnam Electricity and Renewable Energy Authority. The event included product showcases, business negotiations, high-level forums, as well as project investment and cooperation discussions. It provided a platform for displaying cutting-edge technologies and products in energy storage, new energy batteries, renewable energy systems, and their associated production equipment, key components, and materials.
The opening ceremony was chaired by officials from the Hanoi Department of Industry and Trade, with representatives from the Ministry of Science and Technology, Hanoi People’s Committee, and the Ministry’s Innovation Bureau in attendance. The government officials underscored the exhibition's pivotal role in advancing the national energy strategy and reiterated their strong support for Vietnam’s energy transition.
The exhibition attracted over 250 companies from Vietnam, China, South Korea, Singapore, Japan, India, and other countries and regions, covering a total exhibition area of 15,000 square meters. Notable exhibiting companies included Pisen, Vietnam Vingroup, Vinfast, the South Korean government delegation (comprising 22 companies), Desay Battery (China), Xiongtao, Jin Hai You, Chaowei, Jixing Energy, Liu’s Lithium Battery, Microlona, U-Better, Xinde Laser, Wisdom Move Lithium, and many others.
